New Agent Part 5

On the trip back, Macie got a speech from Hotch saying that she should have told them sooner that she was pregnant. Once back at there office they told Macie that she would be along side with Penelope until she had her baby. Macie smiled as she sat in a chair next to Penelope "So, what do you do here?" Macie asked looking at all the computer monitors "I'm the researcher. I help track, find and unlock things." Penelope said with a smile. "Cool." Macie said looking around "So tomorrow, the others will have a case and we'll be here helping them and such?" Macie asked "Yep, it's really fun here I'll tell you that, then you don't need to worry about looking over your shoulder every few minutes." Penelope said trying to cheer her up. Macie smiled weakly "Your right there." Macie said then leaned back in her chair. The next morning they did have a new case, they all sat in the bored room as Penelope walked in "Ok so this case is a rapist killer. It's said that this killer rapes his victims before he kills them." She said as she put pictures of the victims, both alive and dead, on the screen. Macie had a scared look, she was almost shaking, Penelope looked at Macie "May, are you alright?" She asked her. Macie was silent Reid quickly got Macie out of the bored room and out into the hall. Once he knew she was alright he walked back into the room and looked at the others, he sighed "There's something else you guys need to know. Macie, she was raped." Reid said, the others all had shocked looks "So that's why she was so scared." Penelope said and took a deep breath. Once she was finished telling them about the case they all left, Penelope Walked over to Macie "Hey, if you don't wanna work this case that's fine by me." she said trying to help Macie "No, this might be the sick basterd that raped me." Macie said "I wanna help as best as I can." She said "Alright, you can join me as soon as you wanna." Penelope said with a smile then walked away. Macie smiled weakly then relied that she had a small breakfast, then she herd her stomach growl "I know, I know. Your still hungry, hold on ok. I'll get something to eat then we gotta catch up with Penelope." Macie said with a smile as she walked into the break room. Macie walked into Penelope computer room with a bowl full of Oreos and her pockets stuffed with Taffy, she had a glass of milk as well, Penelope looked at her and smiled "Craving?" She asked as Macie sat in the chair and started to eat the cream off the Oreo "Yes, big time now." Macie said as she took a peace of taffy out of her pocket and put it on one of the cookies and ate it "Oh man, this is by far the best mix ever!" Macie said with a smile, Penelope laughed as she took and Oreo and ate it then she started to type on a key bored, she was looking on information about the victims. "Hey sorry about before..in the bored room." Macie said as she drank some of the milk "Hey, it's ok." Penelope said with a smile. After a while the phone rang, Penelope pushed the answer key then the speaker button "Talk to me guys." she said as she continued to type "I have Oreo cookies with Taffy for the cream!" Macie said with a laugh as she ate a cookie with a taffy center, Someone on the other end laughed and said "How lovey. I bet that's not so good to chew." it was a woman Macie snickered "It is hard to chew but it's damn good!! even with the blue taffy!!" Macie said as she drank some of her milk "Ha I know that feeling. Alright so what do you two have?" the woman asked "We found out that both victims lived in the same home but went missing on different dates. The second victim was taken only 4 days before the first one. They where both killed by the same weapon, only I can't figure out what that i-" "It seams they where both killed with the same weapon. They where both stabbed in the stomach then a 48 caliber bullet to the head." Macie said looking at one of the screens of the victims "And no, there was no trace of the killer, so either he cleaned them or he used protection." Macie said as she drank some of her milk. "If the killer cleaned the girls body with some type of cleaning product then we could find traces of it on there bodies." Reid said as he went to call the morgue to ask them for any traces of cleaning products found on either of the girls "Alright, you two keep up the work and Macie, don't eat so much taffy Oreos." Derek said then hung up the phone, Macie laughed then ate another cookie with a taffy center "I can hold one promise but not the other!" Macie said as she drank her milk "Hey, can I try one of them cookies?" Penelope asked looking at Macie. Macie smiled and handed her an Oreo "Scrape the cream off." She said as she opened the taffy and swished it down, Penelope scraped the cream off and handed Macie the two cookies. Macie squished the taffy against the two cookies then handed it to Penelope. She ate the cookie then smiled "It's good but you can't really taste the Taffy once it's in the cookie." Penelope said with a smile and started to type again "By the way how did you figure out what the murder weapon was?" She asked still looking at the screen of her computer "Well there's mutable stab wounds in there stomachs, the bullet was simple because I've seen the marking it can make." Macie said as she ate an Oreo and leaned back in her chair "Ah, you are a smart cookie." Penelope said with a smile Macie laughed then ate a peace of taffy. After at least two hours and 5 bowls of Oreos, 4 pocket full of taffy and, 9 cups of milk Macie and Penelope had found out that the murdered victims where an on off couple with each other, other girls and men. They found out that the first victim was going to have a baby and that she was only a few weeks along with someone named Johnny Grids baby. They had already called the others and told them all of this, Macie smiled knowing that it wasn't so bad being in the office because she got to eat and drink whenever she wanted to and that she could also go to the bathroom whenever as well. "Have you ever been on the field before?" Macie asked looking at Penelope "No not really. Why do you ask?" Penelope said as she continued to type on her computer, Macie shrugged "Just wondering." she said with a smile. After a while the others had caught the killer and they where on there way back, Macie smiled and looked at Penelope "Well I had fun today hangin out with you." she said as she stood up "I did too." Penelope said as she shut down her computers and looked at Macie "So do you know what your having yet?" Penelope asked. Macie smiled "I'm gonna find that out tomorrow so I might come in late, can you tell the others that please?" Macie asked as she packed up her note books and iPod "Of cores I will." Penelope said with a smile "I'll see ya tomorrow." Macie said as she waved to Penelope on her way out "Bye." Penelope said as she waved back. The next morning Macie woke up with a surprise! Her belly got bigger over night! "Damn! Did them cookies and taffy fatten you up!?" Macie said with a laugh as she  got and got ready for her doctors appointment, after her shower she sat in her pajamas and waited for the time to go by. Since non of her jeans fit her anymore she had to wear her pajama paints "Your making me go out in pajama paints to little skinner." Macie said with a laugh as she gently put her hand on her stomach "Ok, I gotta know what I'm gonna call you. If you a little dude, I'll call you Ryan Smith. If your a pretty little girl then Elizabeth, without a drought, Elizabeth Smith." Macie said with a smile then the alarm on her phone went off "Time to go!" Macie said with a smile as she got up, got in her car and left for the doctors. Penelope had already told the others that Macie was coming in later because of her doctors appointment, just then all there phones went off. It was a text message from Macie, it was a picture of her sonogram with the words "Little Lady." as a saying. They all smiled at that, then they had a case to work and just as they where about to leave they saw Macie  and her bigger belly! Her belly was so big that she couldn't zip her jacket up! "Oh man, look at that! Looks like little lady grew some." Derek said with a laugh "Nice paints." JJ said with a smile "I know right! And non of my jeans fit me!" Macie said with a laugh then rushed to Penelope computer room to join her.
